AN BALLECER, a native of Phoenix, AZ, graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 1991 and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1994. Mr. Ballecer worked as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Phoenix for almost three years before opening up his own practice with Natalee Segal in March 1998. Mr. Ballecer's practice concentrates on the defense of all crimes, felonies and misdemeanors as well as immigration law. He has extensive trial experience both as a prosecutor and now as a defense attorney. He is a member of the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice as well as a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

ATALEE SEGAL, a native of Phoenix, AZ, graduated from Occidental College in Los Angeles with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 1992 and graduated from the Arizona State University Law School in 1995. Ms. Segal worked as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Phoenix for over two years before opening up her own practice with Dan Ballecer in March 1998. Ms. Segal's practice concentrates on the defense of all crimes, felonies and misdemeanors as well as immigration law. She has extensive trial experience both as a prosecutor and now as a defense attorney. She is a member of the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice and has been an Attorney Coach for the Central High School Mock Trial Team since 1998.

UY GRANDE, a native and citizen of San Diego, CA, graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 1989 and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1994. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Grande has been an immigration practitioner working primarily in the area of deportation litigation, visas and residency. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
